Rich, high idle, odd shifts

My truck is idling really high…it runs fine til it's warmed up…it no longer does the closed loop warm up and is running really rich so I'm starting to think it might be o2 related…I've changed tps, iac, ect, and cleaned egr. No hose leaks that I can see. But shifts weird. It almost drops first or second it's hard to tell…all I know is it's aggravating because I've changed and fixed almost everything I can and still have the same result. The only way I can get it to run somewhat right at idle is with iac unplugged…I've tried two new ones and the old and the

After replacing the power steering pump there was a low idle, idle screw is all out, running rich, and idle speed doesn’t change.

Replaced spider injector and now it idled high and shifts into gear hard with a check engine light on

As you may know, after replacing the injection system your car needs to go through a "re-learning" process to bring the idle back down. When the idle is high, when shifting into gear, you may notice a rough shifting reaction due to the fact that the transmission control module receives information from the main computer of the vehicle which also indicates RPM’s and many other things.

Try doing the following which should bring the idle back down to a normal operating level:

1) Start the engine and let it idle in park for 3 minutes. During that period the idle may be higher idle than normal.
2) After 3 minutes, turn the engine off and leave it off for 60- seconds.
3) Start the engine again and let it idle in park for 3 minutes one more time. During these run periods you may see a check engine light. Scan for codes and if you get throttle body related codes, clear them.
4) If the idle speed is still off, drive the vehicle at speeds above 45-mph and operate several acceleration and deceleration cycles. Then repeat step #3 one last time.
