My car, doesn't move forward when I press on the gas but it moves forward by itself, but when I put it in reverse it goes perfectly. Plus, I changed my oil pan and the oil for the transmission recently.

You will need to have the glass removed and resealed properly. The glass should be taken out and resealed by an automotive glass company.
