The transmission slips gears and the car has no kick down

I'm no mechanic. Slip gear when engine worms up. Had fluid changed to start. Still slipping. I noticed the idle had increased to 2000 cold 1000 warm. Also lost kick down. When I start car from cold it rocks forward slightly any idea what this means? Thank you for any help.
