The both of the passenger's side windows and the driver's side rear window do not work. The windows are stuck down on the passenger's side.

Hi there. Since the driver’s window works and the others don’t, the problem is most likely the master switch. Both power and ground are routed through this switch to the individual window motors. The switch also contains the window lockout switch, otherwise known as the child safety switch. A trained professional can remove the master switch and inspect it’s operation with a digital multimeter.

The AC fuse on most HVAC systems is typically on the unit`s control board. You`ll normally find the board behind an access panel on the unit`s lower compartment. While you sometimes have to unscrew areas to access the control board, others have clips.

ANSWER : As unfortunate as it is, your vehicle would be considered flood damaged. Diagnosing electrical problems in a flood damaged vehicle is nearly impossible. This would take many hours or even days to determine which wiring harnesses and circuits have been affected. Driver’s side windows do not properly function

Just replaced head gasket, changed crack sensor new plugs. The check engine light is on, but dim, the only other light that the dash is a normal battery indicator. The fuel pump is not running when switch is turned on, the power windows don’t work, it turns over but not firing. It’s like only one part of the system is working. Also the heater fans work even if the switch is off.

If the fuel pump is not running (momentarily) at key on, that fault alone will prevent the car from starting as there will be no fuel pressure. Left rear passenger door Window and Lock do not work at all.
ANSWER : The window motors are a common failure. Sometimes the cable in the regulator can come off track and wrap around the gear on the motor and do some damage. As far as the door lock you may have an actuator failing. Many of the door locks on VWs and Audis were air powered, but your concerns sounds like it’s electrical. Used a quick fix for my broken power window: hold switch up and slam door. What might need replacing if it worked for me?
