Lots of vibration after 4000revs on my car 2005 Vauxhall Astra

I have an 05 vauxhall astra 350000 miles and it has a huge judder and vibration when i go over 4000 revs what could be the problem the engine was stripped and rebuild completly at 345800miles and it has just happened again. Whats the issue?
