Hi there. Try turning on the ignition for 30 seconds and shutting it off 3 times in a row. Then try starting the engine. If the engine wants to start up, keep cranking until the engine is running, but do not crank more than 45 seconds at a time. If the engine is not starting, then the fuel pump may have burned up or the fuel pump relay has tripped. If you need further assistance with your engine not starting after running out of gas, then seek out a professional, such as one from Your Mechanic, to help you.
